Positive: A very nice breakfast is delivered to your room in a basket. Missing is an espresso because there is no coffee machine in the room - only an electric kettle, instant and Turkish coffee.

Negative: This bed-and-breakfast resort offers a truly beautiful experience. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and up-to-date, featuring lovely landscaping and gardening. Our room was charming, spacious, and very comfortable, with a stunning view overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The staff was very friendly, and the location is highly convenient for touring the Golan Heights and the eastern shores of the Kinneret. However, we encountered multiple failures regarding promised in-room amenities, which was frustrating. Despite being confirmed prior to arrival, the room was missing: a complimentary bottle of wine, milk in the refrigerator and extra towels in the utility cabinet. While the physical resort and location are fantastic, the management needs to significantly improve attention to basic service and logistical details. I recommend the resort for the beautiful views and property, but be prepared to follow up regarding promised amenities.
