From the moment you walk in, you will notice the bright and spacious living room with tall ceilings. With plenty of light coming through the large windows, your eyes will land on the custom sofa set. Beautifully accompanied by additional lighting for night-time reading, and a large TV with cable and Netflix, this is the place where you can relax. Directly beside, is a fully stocked kitchen. Complete with a coffee machine (filters and coffee included), smoothie blender, and toaster, it is equipped to make any meal you can think of. We also wanted to make sure you don't have to worry about one time purchases (like olive oil or salt and pepper), so we got them for you. Of course utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc. are all available for your use as well. Further down from the kitchen is a dining area. We chose a large, wooden table to encourage a more family-style type of gathering. Beside the kitchen, we have the two bedrooms separated from the rest of the space through doors, allowing for privacy. We wanted to ensure comfort above everything else, which is why we selected high-quality foam mattresses with breathable fabric in queen size. The mattresses sit on high-grade box springs, to elevate them to bed height and ensure further comfort. The beds are lit by bedside lamps, perfect for reading in the evening. Each bedroom also has a spacious closet for your convenience. Down the hall is the first bathroom with a large sink area, which could easily accommodate two people at once. The shower is large and comfortable and comes with toiletry essentials - shampoo and body wash. The second bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. Each guest will receive a set of towels as well. The apartment is cleaned by a professional team prior to every check-in and inspected for quality control. It is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and comes with a washer and a dryer. As mentioned before, every guest will have access to our concierge who will remain available for inquiries of any type - big and small. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
