The conservatory-like dining area can be transformed into a kind of "west-facing balcony" in summer by opening the glass doors. Double bedroom with direct access to the bathroom with washbasin, WC, bathtub and rain shower. Separate WC/sink. The internal staircase leads to the gallery with access to the 2 additional double bedrooms and the additional bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower. Electric sun blinds throughout the flat.
