Like so many visitors to the Island in the past, you and your family will want to take a 307 Yacht Harbor Villas in Wild Dunes following your stay at 307 Yacht Harbor. Featuring three bedrooms and three full baths, this wonderful villa is perfectly located on the first floor allowing easy access from the spacious screen porch to the 307 Yacht Harbor Boat Docks and Yacht Harbor Swimming Pool. Beach access is a breeze, with a five-minute bike ride (included in your visit if selected using beach gear credit) or cruise with a rental golf cart. With an updated kitchen, your family will want a 307 Yacht Harbor.
The interior of 307 Yacht Harbor is delightful and comfortable. The living room features carefully selected pieces that make it easy to relax after a great day on the beach or a day of fishing in the tidal creeks that surround Yacht Harbor along the intracoastal waterway. The kitchen has been renovated with new cabinetry, granite countertops and a new stainless-steel refrigerator, induction range with convection oven and dishwasher. A bonus feature of the kitchen is the coffee bar. You have your choice from a simple Keurig to a full drip coffee machine with grinder and special coffee beans provided. Finally, a full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room located off of the kitchen.
When it is time to retire, you are sure to relax in the master bedroom at 307 Yacht Harbor. Featuring a king bed and a selection of pillow types the master bedroom has a spacious private bath as well as direct access to the screen porch. A second master bedroom is highlighted with another king bed and private bath. Finally, a large guest bedroom features a queen bed plus a twin, making it perfect for a family with children or three couples traveling together to the Island. The guest bedroom also features a private bath.
