Two office spaces with good quality fibre Internet (100 down, 100 up), excellent for video calls and streaming. Family room with large screen Apple TV with surround sound. Sonos system installed for seamless music streaming. One acre lot with hot tub on back deck. Ten minutes from Thornbury and Meaford and 25 minutes to Collingwood - skiing, many beautiful hikes, waterfalls, biking and swimming spots nearby.
