The building has been fully renovated and was completed in spring 2017. Measuring just under 500 square feet, the apartment offers one bedroom featuring premium bedding and a full bathroom with shower. Getting Around:
The location is ideally suited for walking, but Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
Other Things to Note:
We are three blocks from King Street. Cannon Street dead ends into King where you would be right in the middle of all the activity - many nice restaurants such as The Darling, the Grocery, Ordinary, Endaco, good places to have drinks like Stars, the Belmont, Midtown, Prohibition. There are also great niche restaurants closer than King Street. Pick the experience - fine dining to relaxed outdoor dining, it is here. You could look up Hominy Grill, Chez Nous, Trattoria Lucca, Fuel, Goulette. Since Cannon Street (and Spring Street) are the only legal areas in the city to host short term rentals in Charleston, you will be in good company here.
