The large 3 slip lower level boasts an additional bedroom with Queen bed and a 3 piece bathroom. Plenty of seating on these decks and docks for lounging. Water is 4-5 feet off the end of the docks great for swimming and boating. Comfortable outdoor seating including a sectional sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and a smart TV.
