All appliances are recently updated and stainless steel. With a dining table that seats four and a bar that seats four, there is plenty of room for dining indoors. There is also a table for four on the balcony for outdoor dining, coffee or cocktails where, in the mornings, you can catch glimpses of the dolphins playing in the water and also watch the Blue Angels fly by as they practice their maneuvers. Each bedroom includes a new 40" HD flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, granite countertops and a separate toilet room.

Tubing, boat rides and fishing in the Lagoon right behind the complex or the Gulf right in front, Waterville and Amusement Park, the Zoo, Putt Putt, go-kart track/bungee jumping, Gulf State Park fishing pier - 1540 feet long, Jet ski rentals/parasailing at Gulf Shores public beach, tons of dining and shopping, movie theaters, museums, parks, OWA new amusement park, bowling and trampoline park, golf and tennis, and so much more! Having access to the Lagoon and beach give you the best of both worlds. Enjoy the still waters of the Lagoon with the pass to the Gulf (perfect for toddlers and non-swimmers since it is shallow, protected swimming waters), or take the boardwalk across to the white sandy beaches where there is plenty of room for sunbathing and playing in the ocean. Beach access: Public beach access across the street with boardwalk, shower, portable toilet and trash cans. Also, there is a public dock on back side for easy access to lagoon where you can go fishing and crabbing.
The Gulf Pass is about 3 blocks away, which connects the Little Lagoon to the Gulf of Mexico. There is great fishing, wading, and shallow waters for young kids.
