Bay Villas is a charming 2-story waterfront condo located on Hilton Haven Road, a quiet cul-de-sac on Trumbo Point, which is just a mile from Old Town. This unique community has the peace and quiet you expect from neighborhoods further up the Keys, yet it’s just a few minutes from all of the attractions of Key West. Best of all, all of the homes in the community are right on the water, and each has its own boat slip.
Just a few steps from the condo is the community pool, where you can take a quick dip. There are chaises by the pool for sunbathing. Also nearby is your own private boat slip, where you can dock your own boat or a rental from one of the many marinas in the neighborhood.
The first floor of the condo, has a large living area with flat screen tv. The dining area is just off the kitchen. The kitchen is beautifully laid out with granite countertops and has everything you would need to create a culinary masterpiece. Just outside the sliding glass doors is an oversized private deck with Kitchen Aide grill, dining table for 6 and chaise lounges for relaxing while enjoying breathtaking views of the Gulf.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, overhead fan, and deck overlooking the Gulf. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and separate vanity area. The second bedroom has two twin beds that convert to a king bed on request. This room also features an overhead fan, as well as a flat screen TV. The bathroom is en suite, with an oversized shower.
