Escape to Sullivan's Island in this lovely vacation home that's only 1.5 blocks from the beach! This charmingly classic 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts amazing amenities and an unbeatable location, as it's also only a block from restaurants and local shopping!
When you arrive at the home, you'll immediately notice the southern coastal feel of the home, with an elevated main level and a generously sized screened-in porch. Pull up to the home and walk up the steps to enter the screened-in porch, which is furnished with a four-seater dining set and couch and chairs—sit down to unwind and take in the ocean air or take some of your meals outside. There is also a charming porch swing and a ceiling fan to make the space more comfortable!
Enter the home and you'll find an open concept living and kitchen space. The living area is furnished with a soft couch and love seat, a chair, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, as well as free Wi-Fi. Kick back and unwind with the cable, or just sit with your favorite reading material. Travel onward through the space and you'll come across a six-seater dining set, which then flows into the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the ability to be the vacation chef—whip up your own scrambled eggs and coffee in the morning, or make the perfect happy hour appetizer board. The choice is yours when you have access to these high-quality appliances and ample counterspace! The counter also offers an additional seating for five, giving your group even more space for casual dining.
There are four bedrooms in the home, each with its own unique style with a beachy flair. The home offers a split bedroom plan, with two rooms off the side of the living room. Each pair of rooms conveniently shares a bathroom, with their own door. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom two, which is furnished with two twin beds. Bedrooms three and four share a bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Three has a king-sized bed and four is furnished with a queen-sized bed and have the bonus of their own flat-screen TVs!
The home offers a large grassy yard perfect for family games, and there is an outdoor shower and gas grill in the outdoor space beneath the main level. With an excellent location and fantastic amenities, this home is one of the best on Sullivan's Island!
**Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 4 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.
