Summary: Pros: - Very clean and plenty quiet - Amenities as promised (heads up: the listing is literally accurate in that there is only instant coffee and no tea, but there is equipment to make either) - The bedroom area got dark enough, and there were enough lamps, that we could put our son to sleep there and still use the rest of the apartment quite normally. Cons: - There was an error in the check-in instructions, meaning a short wait upon arrival (outside in the cold) while we rectified that. - The temperature in late April was too low for our comfort, and setting the thermostat high (21 degrees C) didn't seem to help much. The electric heater device made it bearable, but not pleasant (got to somewhee around 67 degrees max. in the immediate vicinity of the heater, and colder in the rest of the unit). - The kitchen sink and surrounding area need some work: the sink drain is missing a piece so it's impossible to fill the sink with water; and with no device to catch water under the dish drying rack and the counter being unsealed wood, there's some black mold developing on the counter by the sink. - Instructions about recycling in the check-in instructions were ambiguous and didn't match those on the fridge; clarification would help us to ensure we're doing what's best.
