This gorgeous island home boasts fabulous light, a spacious floor plan, and many upgrades. Living space is abundant! First, you will find the professionally decorated living room located on the main floor. Additional space is provided in the family room, which leads out to a bright sunroom surrounded by palm trees. The dining room seats 8 and is fantastic for formal or casual dining. Finally, the kitchen is fit for a chef, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and new white quartz countertops.
28 Beachwood West is perfect for accommodating the whole crew! Two primary suites each have a private bath. The lower-level primary bathroom was recently renovated with an all-new large walk-in shower and vanity. Two guest bedrooms each feature two twin beds and share a full bath. A half bath is also featured on the main floor.
Step outside to the terrific private backyard, which will set the scene for fun-filled days at the pool! Kick back and relax on the sun loungers surrounding, or retreat to the elevated deck located off the living room which offers a perfect view of the pool.
