Tastefully furnished spacious two bedroom basement suite! This classic home is steps away from Maple Grove Park+Outdoor Pool and is a great place for couples or a small family with a child. The suite is situated in a beautiful quiet residential area on the west side of Vancouver. Easy access to UBC, airport and downtown and lots of amenities nearby.
***In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.
***PLEASE NOTE: Our cozy home is a beautiful heritage home, as is many of the homes located in this prestigious west-side neighbourhood. As a result, this home is not fitted with an A/C. However, we do provide a fan in the room. This home also has windows near the main entrance and in the bedroom if you would like to open them up for a fresh breeze.

The basement suite consists of the following:
* Living Room: chairs, coffee table, TV w/ Apple TV (NETFLIX access provided for FREE!), office desk, and desk chair
* Kitchen: fully stocked with complete appliances (rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven), cooking utensils, basic spices, coffee powder, tea selection, and some welcome snacks to welcome you during your stay!
* Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, and all basic cleansing products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
* COMPLIMENTARY use of Washer/Dryer. Detergent will be provided :)
* Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with walk in closet
* Bedroom 2: Double bed with desk and chair
* A set of towels (hand and body) will be provided for each guest. If you are planning to switch towels during your stay, I would recommend to bring your own as well as we only provide one set per person.

Please let us know beforehand if you will be bringing along your little one, and we can provide you our high chair for use. If you need a travel crib, we can also provide one for a small charge that will go towards cleaning the travel crib thoroughly after each use (no germs!!)

PETS: Before making a reservation, please send us an inquiry about your pet (i.e. type, breed, size, potty trained, tick/flea treated, and etc.). Pet accommodating is subject to approval and may require additional pet security deposit processed via Airbnb Resolution Request portal.
Guest access
You will have complete access to the basement level with your own separate entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and washer+dryer. No other people will be sharing the basement level with you. Please make yourselves at home!
