FAMILY TIES - As you drive up to this pretty property, you are greeted by a newly renovated home and recently landscaped grounds. Everything is NEW! New front porch with portico, new back deck with glass railings and new dock with boat port. The driveway has a basketball net for the kids. A large grass frontage and new front porch await. As you move around to the back, you are greeted by a new deck that runs the length of the cottage, with glass railings allowing for unobstructed views of the lake, outdoor dining area and lounging area with all new patio furniture. Step down to the level grassy yard with fire pit and outdoor stone fireplace. This magical space is lit up at night and is just steps to the water with shallow, sandy entry (great for the kids) and a new dock with a single slip boat port.
