Call your family and friends to come together at this wonderful beach retreat at 502 Ocean Blvd. Located on one of the best stretches of beach in South Carolina, this is sure to be the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. As you arrive, it won't be easy to keep the entire family from twisting and shouting out to the wide beach and waves. With a little help from your friends, you will be able to build an enormous sand castle or a yellow submarine. Not even the Taxman will be able to stop your family from having fun in the beautiful private pool or your relaxation reading a paperback book in one of the many comfortable loungers. If the crew would like to get out of the sun, head to the foosball or ping pong in the garage. The evenings are majestic at 502 Ocean Blvd - enjoy the sunset from one of the multiple oceanfront decks. No matter the day of the week, 502 Ocean Blvd at 502 Ocean Blvd has fun for everyone.
502 Ocean Blvd has a unique floor plan, perfect for large groups. The first level of this home features four bedrooms. In the primary bedroom is a king bed, access to the oceanfront deck, and a wonderful bathroom with a garden tub. The three other first-level bedrooms each offer a king bed as well. The living room, sitting room, kitchen, and dining room are located on the second level, featuring amazing oceanfront views from just about everywhere on this floor. The living room features a 66" TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and finished with granite countertops and has been renovated to include two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a gas cooktop, and an ice maker. An additional refrigerator is located in the garage. The second level bedroom features a queen bed, while the third level makes the perfect sleeping arrangement for all the kids. Three bedrooms located on the third level feature a total of seven twin beds. The crew upstairs will have a blast away from the parents down below.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

Summary: Living room Furniture was gross with stains and dirt. We had to cover the sofas with blankets to sit on them. The chairs in the same room were equally stained and nasty. Photos on VRBO site do not accurately indicate layout: the two bedrooms on opposite ends of the hall have to share a bathroom in the middle of the hall. Poor design! And awkward for adults. Also, one of the bedrooms claiming to be a king was maybe a queen but more likely a double/full. Pool was leaking at pump (called repeatedly) and was dirty. Pool decking was loose in spots and there a couple spots were pavers had been replaced with wood or a brick. Kitchen was nice and fully stocked with cookware, plates, etc. One nice area of the house. We had 8 adults and a baby. I do not recommend for that many adults as bedroom with all the twins (7!) was super hot, treacherous stairs, and just plain odd making it unusable.
