With a little help from your friends, you will be able to build an enormous sand castle or a yellow submarine. Not even the Taxman will be able to stop your family from having fun in the beautiful private pool or your relaxation reading a paperback book in one of the many comfortable loungers. If the crew would like to get out of the sun, head to the foosball or ping pong in the garage. 502 Ocean Blvd has a unique floor plan, perfect for large groups. The first level of this home features four bedrooms. In the primary bedroom is a king bed, access to the oceanfront deck, and a wonderful bathroom with a garden tub. The three other first-level bedrooms each offer a king bed as well. The living room, sitting room, kitchen, and dining room are located on the second level, featuring amazing oceanfront views from just about everywhere on this floor. The living room features a 66" TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and finished with granite countertops and has been renovated to include two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a gas cooktop, and an ice maker. An additional refrigerator is located in the garage. The second level bedroom features a queen bed, while the third level makes the perfect sleeping arrangement for all the kids. Three bedrooms located on the third level feature a total of seven twin beds. The crew upstairs will have a blast away from the parents down below.

- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
