Built high up from the water providing a spectacular view of the lake from every vantage point. A full length deck with dining and lounging furniture awaits out back. Glass railings ensure you never miss a minute of this south view. Stepping down from the main deck area along granite steps is a hot tub and fire pit surrounded by Muskoka chairs. This level has another large deck with seating for the perfect lake view. Venturing down to the lake by way of a steel staircase and along picturesque rock walls you reach the 2 + 1 slip boathouse with large dock and indoor entertaining area. Glass roll up doors ensure you can relax by the water even on a rainy day. Inside you will find a great lounging entertainment space with comfortable furniture and large tv. There is a gravel golf cart path from the main driveway down to the waterfront.
