Chateau Blanc Estate is the main house, and features five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and over 3200 square feet of spacious living that can sleep up to twelve guests. Right off the great room is a gorgeous backyard retreat with a private pool, koi pond and outdoor barbeque island with refrigerator. The first floor of Chateau Blanc Estate also offers an oversized master suite complete with a California king bed, sitting area, and chandelier-lit spa tub in the master bath. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom with a private bath, as well as an extra bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king. The first floor rooms can accommodate up to six guests.
On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, both with California king beds. These luxurious bedrooms share a hall bath. In one of the rooms, there is an additional twin day bed with a pull-out trundle. The guest home offers a single story residence with no steps at the entrance, and an open floor plan complete with a fully equipped kitchen, family room, private master suite and custom bathroom. Upon entering the gates into the courtyard you’ll immediately feel relaxed as you catch a glimpse of Chateau Blanc’s very own vineyard and park-like setting. The family room has a leather love seat with reclining chairs and HDTV. The kitchen is designed with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, and full-size appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all your kitchen cooking tools. The master suite has California king bed and the luxurious bath has an oversized Travertine shower, vanity, and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. La Petite Maison Blanc is ideal for a party of two but can sleep up to four people with the two high-end roll away beds that you can position to your liking.
