3 bedroom/2 bathroom chalet, with an open floor plan which is located on a quiet street in the sought after mountain neighborhood of Chalet Village! Step into the house through the side massive deck after parking your car in the driveway with flat parking for 4-5 large vehicles (something almost impossible to find in the mountains). The main entrance takes you into the living/dining room and onto the restored original heart-pine floors. The downstairs bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms - one queen, one bunkbed (2 full beds) upstairs share a bathroom. On the opposite side of the open living/dining room is the upscale, highly functional and appointed kitchen that will please all cooks. Past its butcher block counters, subway tiles and stainless steel appliances is the mud/laundry room with a front loading washer/dryer.
