Positive: Exceptional new high quality hotel. Great rooms. Great art.

Negative: Check in staff completely ignored me, refusing to speak English although i suspect she understood. She preferred taking with my co-worker even after i asked her to reply to me. Should not work at reception. Room toilet is open, no door. . Crazy. Can use 2x sliding doors to close but really? That's a lot of effort. Night lights are too bright in the room and can't be turned off. In the end i stuffed pillows in front. Breakfast isn't good. Only the coffee is great. Luckily the caffeine jump-started my day.

Summary: Room for improvement. This hotel should charge 5 star prices, but we paid 3 star. Exceptional val
