* Pool heat is optional and offered at $150/day plus tax. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
* Pet Fee-$200 non-refundable and must be approved prior to bringing a pet
* Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each

* Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days.
