This beautifully renovated two-story second floor condo unit is the perfect place to call home after a day of adventure. Just a few steps from the Nordic centre (winter/x-country & summer/Mtn biking) and a 3 minute flat walk to the entrance for NorthStar mountain (winter downhill) and a 5 minute drive to Kimberley's famous Platzl (shopping, dining, entertainment). Trickle Creek Golf Course is also about a 2 minute drive away. This location offers the BEST of all Kimberley has to offer.
Stunning sunrise views over your complimentary coffee or tea from your 2nd floor BBQ equipped balcony only add to the excitement of what every day here in Kimberley has to offer.
It should be noted that this property is definitely suited toward adults, possibly with older kids. Unfortunately we are not set up for toddlers ☹
The kitchen is the is FULLY stocked and ready to go. From quality pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, BBQ, spices, olive oil and everything in between. Our coffee station is stocked for you (French Press & Drip), tea (Green, Orange Pekoe & Earl Gray), sugar & powdered whitener as well. Even hot chocolate in the winter season! If you're not into cooking downtown Kimberley is only 2 minutes away and has so much to offer for anytime day or night dining.
We have one, super comfy, King bed, one super comfy Endy Queen and one double sofa bed. Each with fresh, crisp white sheets and warm duvets. Extra blankets and both firm and soft pillows for your comfort. Each bedroom comes with it's own ensuite bathroom as well.
The sofa bed is brand new but it's still a sofa bed and probably suited to smaller people, kids & teens. We also have the option of a double sized 6" memory foam floor mattress if it is preferred over the sofa bed.
In each bathroom you will find luxurious soaker tubs, rainfall showerheads and just about anything you could need. Each bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner, body-wash and a blow dryer. As well as Epsom salts & bubble bath because why not!? You will also find little extras like, cotton swabs, tooth floss/picks and cotton rounds. In the Queen bathroom we have also provided a small but handy 1st Aid Kit as well as spare toothbrushes, razors and shaving cream.
For your enjoyment we have also provided a drawer full of fun games for our guests to enjoy. From Scrabble, Crib, Yahtzee, Blockus, Poker Chips, Uno and Cards Against Humanity plus a few others as well. This drawer is made for fun evenings and memory making. There is also another drawer full of books to read. Help yourself!
We have also provided a Roku smart tv for your enjoyment. Feel free to sign into your accounts and enjoy your own streaming platforms should you wish.
We have 2 drawers full of fluffy white towels, at the front entrance, specifically for your use in our YEAR ROUND INDOOR SPA & SAUNA. Head to the clubhouse for a relaxing soak & steam in the winter and then head upstairs for some classic foosball & pool! In the SUMMER our OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL is crystal clear and oh so relaxing, soak up the sun on the lounge chairs or float your cares away in the cool water.
You will have private access to the entire condo as well as the shared clubhouse , seasonal pool, year round sauna, and indoor year round hot tub.
InnWest is a great location for all the things that NorthStar Mtn, Kimberley Nordic Centre, Kimberley Nature Park, Trickle Creek Golf Resort and the beautiful town of Kimberley have to offer. We are within a 10 to 30 minute drive to all of the other exclusive Golf Courses in the area as well.
If you walk out your front door and down to the main level parking lot, look left and you will be see the Kimberley Nature Park & Kimberley Nordic Centre. Incidentally you will also see the Clubhouse, containing our seasonal outdoor pool, year-round co-ed sauna and hot tub as well as a games room with pool and foosball.
Look to the right you will see the entrance to the main ski run at NorthStar mountain. Just a few flat walking steps to the entrance and off you go, straight down the main run to the chairlift!
Plus as a bonus, parking at InnWest is FREE and you have space for 2 vehicles which is always nice :D
