Above the banks of the Bow River, our neighbourhood offers abundant walking trails, scenic vistas and playgrounds.
The location is ideal for quick trips to the Rocky Mountains, our natural backyard!
This comfortable open concept plan house with lots of natural light!! and modern touches will make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.
• Everything you need for a comfortable living is provided... a fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, room darkening shades, air conditioner, soft water, etc.
• You will love to prepare your meals in the kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry and quartz countertops.
• The living room with its large window panes and sliding doors is the sunniest room in the house, making of it a very enjoyable space. In this room you will also find a fireplace and TV.
• The dining room has great natural light illumination and sits 6 persons comfortably.
• Master bedroom with a king size bed, night tables with table lamps and dresser; ensuite and a large walk-in closet.
• The other 2 bedrooms offer double beds and, wardrobe or dresser, night table and table lamps.
• The second upper level bathroom has a bathtub.
• Also on the upper floor, you will find an ample working space with large desk and chair.
• Upper floor laundry room.
• Soft water improves the quality of the water in the house.
• Central AC.
• Our guests staying for a minimum of 30 nights can enjoy the fantastic community amenities: swimming pool (Summer), hot tub, ice skating trail, hockey rink, fire pit, pickle ball and basketball courts (Summer) and walking trails through the community.
NOTES:
As per our insurance requirements, for bookings of 30+ nights, our guests are required to complete and sign a Lease Agreement for this property.
The Lease agreement will also be required as proof of residency to grant access to the Club House for our guests staying a minimum of 30 nights.
After stay cleaning is $240 for stays of up to 1 month. Additional charges apply as follows... 2 months: extra charge of $50; 3 months: extra charge of $85; 4 months or more extra charge of $150.
The house does not have a deck at the moment, a brand new deck will be built this Spring.
The basement legal suite is rented separately from the house and has a separate entrance. Please be respectful of our guests living in the suite by respecting the quiet times.
At this moment only off-street parking or on our levelled parking pad is possible.
