Summerland is a magical town right next to Montecito. Our house is bright and airy, has amazing ocean views from all rooms. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms plus an outdoor office that can fit a fit a single blow up bed. Featuring beautiful gardens, 2 decks, a hot tub that overlooks the ocean. New floors, marble kitchen and bathroom. 2 minute drive to beach. Short walk to up and down a steep hill to Summerland featuring quaint restaurants, shopping and wine tasting and hiking.
The space
The house is very bright and decorated in white and cream. High end furniture and appliances. The fireplace is decorative and disconnected from the gas for your safety.
Guest access
We have an electronic gate and the driveway fits two cars plus 4 dedicated parking spots in front of our house. We have two bikes, surfboards, boogie boards that you can use too!
