Additionally, it's a short 5-minute drive to the shopping mall, 35 minutes to downtown Toronto, and 40 minutes to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Enjoy an ideal centralization, offering the best of both worlds.

- The Backyard and the Driveway are Shared. If there are no guests in the main house you may use the backyard exclusively. Otherwise, the backyard may not be used
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits.
- This is a basement unit
- The second bed is a Murphy bed, located across the king bed
- Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining low noise levels.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Your unit is fully private. Only the driveway is shared. Please park on the right side
- Replacement fees will apply for missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment.
- Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees.
- If pets accompany you, please pick up after them.
