Set on a private ranch just minutes from Avila Beach proper this estate was designed for gathering. Whether you are celebrating Cal Polly Graduation, enjoying a family reunion ,or simply reconnecting with friends, Avila Valley Retreat offers comfort, privacy and room to breathe. While minutes to some of the best beaches, golf courses, Avila Bay Tennis club and renown wineries, our beautiful, private, well appointed home with heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna will surely make it difficult to leave. You will be surrounded by nature at its best. Red Tail Hawks, Blue Herons and an occasional wild peacock may just give you a visit while you’re enjoying a stroll through our orange grove or sitting by the private pool. If you feel inclined to gather eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast please do! Needing some extra love and care?
