Positive: We enjoyed our stay here. It was just where we needed to be, and was warm and welcoming. It is car-dependent which was fine for us, and convenient to Middletown, which is booming. It is a residential house, and we welcomed no elevators, no resort fees (there is a cleaning fee), and parking next to the front door.

Summary: This house was a great place to stay for an introduction to the Middletown area.
