Welcome to Barefoot Bliss! Our AMAZING UPDATED 1ST Floor 2BR/2BA Condo located in the Willow Bend subdivision of Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The condo has a large spacious, open concept. It is PERFECT for guest that do not want to climb or mess with stairs. We are just seconds away from Barefoot Landing which full of restaurants, shopping, Duplin Winery, and plenty of other activities for any age or type groups.
The Space:
BED & BATH
The Master Suite has a King size bed, two nightstand tables, dresser, closet, flat screen TV with cable access and a private en-suite master bathroom with a standing shower, toilet and sink vanity. The second bedroom has two Twin size beds, bed side table in between the beds, dresser, closet and a flat screen TV with cable access. The second bathroom is full size with a tub/shower combination, toilet & sink vanity and is located beside the second bedroom.
LIVING AREA
Our beautifully decorated living room has a full size sofa, recliner, coffee table, flat screen TV with cable access that sits on our beautiful TV stand and small desk with chair that is perfect to do your work at if you need to. The living room opens up to the dining area and kitchen. The back door opens off of the living room to the screened in back porch that is complete with seating. We also have a FULL SIZE stackable washer and dryer with sliding doors for your convenience.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our BEAUTIFUL full size, fully equipped kitchen is appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals without having to leave for dinner.
When it's time to dine, you can enjoy our new dining table with seating to accommodate 6 guests. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.
PORCH
Sip your morning coffee or enjoy your evening with a glass of wine on your private screened in back porch complete with seating and a small table.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.
Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES:
The BAREFOOT LANDING Community has on-site Championship Golf Courses and it close to the beach (5-6 minute drive to public beach access).
- There are 4 World Class Golf Courses (Norman, Love, Fazio & Dye)
- Sand Volleyball, Basketball & Tennis Courts
- Barefoot Resort Marina - Full Service (Rent a jet ski or boat at Barefoot Resort Marina for some fun on the Waterway.
- The Willow Bend development also has it's own private pool area with pinic tables & umbrellas as well as a grilling area for just the visitors in that neighborhood.
-The Barefoot Resort Outdoor Jacuzzi & LET'S NOT FORGET the 2 ACRE North Tower Pool (one of the largest pools in South Carolina).
- The North Tower Pool and Jacuzzi are OPEN from April - November.
******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Guest Access:

- Key-pad Entry for self-check-in.
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
PARKING:
-To avoid towing all vehicles must have a completed parking pass on the dashboard. You can find two parking passes in the condo.
-This Resort PROHIBITS pets/motorcycles/RVs/campers/trailers. Please comply! There are hefty fines and you may be asked to leave.
The Neighborhood:
The North Tower 2 ACRE pool and outdoor jacuzzi is OPEN. You are required to sign a waiver each time you access the gates. You will need your amenity passes to enter the gate for The Barefoot Resort North Tower two ACRE pool and outdoor jacuzzi is just 4 mins from our condo.
• The Pool will be open 7 days a week 10am-6pm
• Items will be removed if left unattended for 60 minutes
• When you depart from the pool, all chairs and personal belongings must be removed from the deck.
• Floats: Children in small floats are permitted provided child is accompanied by an adult.
• Noodles, balls, frisbees, etc are NOT ALLOWED in the pool
• Glass containers of any type are NOT PERMITTED on the pool deck
• Smoking is allowed only in a designated area near the restrooms
There are several swimming areas with a variety of depths...

Heated spa/outdoor jacuzzi (hot tub) for adults...Bathrooms...Security. Parking available (do not park in the reserve spots).
This community is very welcoming and offers a great dining experience (Lulu’s, Stacks, Putters Pub, Boardwalk Billy’s, Blueberry Grill, Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, Snooky’s On The Water, TideWater Grill, River City Café, Captain Archie’s, Seablue Restaurant and Wine, Hoskin’s Restaurant, Midtown Bistro, Golden Griddle Pancake House, Villa Tuscanna, Umberto’s At Barefoot Landing, Martini Classic Food, Mission BBQ and 21 Main At North Beach). North Myrtle Beach is great for adults and children alike.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.
- Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.
- Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 4 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!
