Summary: This is a great property for all the first timers- We had never rented a home and never used this app before so I was super nervous about getting scammed, but it was my daughter’s 16 Bday and she had always wanted to stay at a beach house. Two weeks before our stay my then 15 year old went thru 100s of listings all the way down the Shore and picked this house, I was so happy when we pulled up and it looked exactly like the listing photos. Normally it was much higher per night but we got in the weekend right before Season started and got the Off-Season price, the rides were not open but the boardwalk still had shops and things open, enough that we still had fun shopping and looking around. I’m originally from South Fl so the (cold) water is very different here but the beach was beautiful and the sand was soft.. The kids enjoyed the heated swim spa and the house is so inviting & Super Comfortable, so worth it!! Just bring ping-pong balls (we couldn’t find any)lol.. but everything was awesome!! With something like this you never know who your talking, dealing with, etc, but communication with the owner was quick and easy and everything was EXACTLY as it was listed. There were no surprises and we were charged the same price as the check-out in the app said we would be. All I can say is just pick this place, You will be Very Happy you did.
