Seabrook Island is an oasis of calm in today's hectic world. As a gated 2,200 acre secure community you will enjoy the leisure and beauty of island life at your own tranquil pace. Located just 30 miles from Charleston, the surrounding area affords multiple opportunities for adventure. Visit Freshfields Village for shopping, Starbucks and fine or casul dining. Or go further afield to America's only Tea Plantation. While there, make a special trip to the shrimp and fish boats selling fresh catch at Rockville or stop for a wine tasting at the vineyard.
This Live Oak Villa on Hidden Oak Drive is located on the 2nd level on a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the St. Christopher nature preserve. Deer and other animals wander frequently past the villa as they move in and out of the preserve. Plus you have full access to the owners' pool that is located adjacent to our villa.
This wonderful two bedroom, two bathroom luxury villa is located on the 15th hole of the Trent Jones Crooked Oaks course. Master with King bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king bed upon request. It has a picturesque view of the course and is shaded from excessive sun by a magnificent magnolia tree. It is a short drive from the equestrian center, fitness/aquatic facility and the 15 Har-tru tennis courts. The Club House, golf courses and beach are even closer. Just a short bike ride to the beach and you can take your bikes on the beach.
The kitchen features modern appliances (Bosch, KitchenAid, Whirlpool) and is accented with granite counter tops and Pergola floors. A few scatter rugs accent the floor. There are three flat screen TV's (living room has a new 43" Smart TV and both bedrooms) plus complimentary WiFi and Xfinity cable package. Cuisinart appliances , Ikea accents, down comforters and cotton sheets compliment your stay.

Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
