This gorgeousMediterranean-style 6,000 square foot home is perfectly located in a quiet side street of Sherman Oaks. Please note our intention to keep this street quiet...this is not a party home ;)
The first thing you'll notice on arrival are the classic lovely LA style palm trees in the enclosed front yard, where you can park multiple cars securely. Walking to the front door you'll encounter 10 foot high solid wood doors that open into a beautiful foyer that provides a full view of the living room, kitchen and dining area thanks to the open style floorplan, as well as beautiful stairs that lead to three bedrooms upstairs, each with their own ensuite full bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The kitchen has everything you need for your cooking and serving needs, including top-of-the-line Wolf appliances. There's plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen! A breakfast nook near the kitchen can double up as a makeshift office with a view of the beautiful backyard. Walking from the kitchen to the stunning dining area you can stop for a quick drink at the bar between the two ;)
The living room sofa comfortably seats 10 people and is a great place to relax and socialize while watching your favorite show or movie in the background. The living room wall is essentially a series of bi folding glass doors that can open up fully to provide a true open flow from the living room to the backyard.
There are ceilingspeakers on the first and second floor that connect to your phone, providing a relaxing ambiance or music to pump you up! Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, perfect for those who might have more difficulty climbing the stairs (or want more privacy than their kids can offer!) One bedroom faces the front yard, the second faces the backyard with the same bi folding doors that open up to the backyard.
The backyard has something to offer everyone! There's a sizable grass patch as well as a formal BBQ set-up for the true grillers among you. The patio is undercover to protect you from sun and rain while relaxing and socializing outside. The pool is fenced for protection and is fully heated, it includes a spa and itsown seating area, as well as a baja stop! There's also a basketball shooting area for the players amongst you!
Behind the pool you'll also find the detached guesthouse with its own sleeping arrangement and full bathroom, another great option for those who want privacy. The backyard is surrounded by a combination of high fences and very tall trees, providing true privacy.
Covid safe - this property is private and not shared - all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected according to Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol, so you have no risk spending lots of time at home!
Also included: keyless entry, plenty of secure gated parking spots (and lots of street parking), 2 central A/C units (top and bottom floors), high speed wifi and all the essentials required for your stay!

We've removed all our small personal items of value from the property and most of our personal items in general, yet the property still contains personal possessions since it's our home. That said, more than enough space is made for your personal belongings.
There are security cameras covering all outside areas of the property - they were installed for our safety...and now for your safety, too! But note these videos can be accessed by us remotely both live and recordings if we are concerned about guest numbers, unauthorized gatherings, or any other undesired activities.
Pets and events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission. If we provide permission for events of any type, the charge will be as agreed in advance of booking. We reserve the right to cancel a booking or charge an extra fee if not disclosed and agreed upon in advance.
Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.
Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
