We have a 3 night minimum. We prefer longer stays in the summer months.
Nestled behind its own private gate, your ocean playground is right out back. Ideal for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding or just to enjoy the long walks along the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. This area is known for dolphin feeding and dolphins riding waves right in front. Whales can be spotted during their migration. Seals and sea lions are frequent visitors
Private tennis courts are fifty yards up the street. (No Pickleball, Sorry!!) The coastal bike path is right out front that takes you to Santa Barbara, or to Ventura and Ojai.

Summary: Great location! Dophins, sea lions and pelicans everyday and fun surf. The house is comfortable and functional. Great kitchen. Large enough for group cooking. Cecilia is wonderful to work with.
