Positive: the house is located in a quiet private sector, there is a parking space. I was met by pleasant owners of the apartment. the room is on the 2nd floor, bed with a comfortable mattress., also a separate bathroom next to the room, soap and towels are available. the most important thing for me in the apartment - it was VERY CLEAN and Neatly! there is WiFi and I was also offered to use the refrigerator if necessary. it was a little hot at night, also heard planes, but it did not bother me. and the city center is 15 minutes away without traffic. I recommend this cozy room! (note that it is not suitable for people with disabilities because there is no lift. also the bathroom is not in the room, but very close) I liked Charlotte, it was clean, without the smell of marijuana, there were almost no homeless people and the corresponding stench, so I am very happy with the trip. I recommend NASCAR, Billy Graham Library, Amélie's French Bakery & Café, walking around the center, the amazingly beautiful First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte, museums. I had enough one day to visit a couple of museums and walk around the city center, my video from the trip: https://www.instagram.com/p/DLeL18cs751/

Negative: a little hot at night. It would be perfect if there was drinking water available in the room.
