Welcome to our beautiful Royal Oak townhouse. Minutes away walking to downtown Royal Oak, this bi-level property was fully renovated on October 14, 2018. Kitchen is stocked with silverware and dishes and updates include stainless steel appliances, granite counters, disposal, dishwasher and coffee.

It has one king bed, one queen bed and a sofa bed. The beds are high quality Sealy mattresses. It has a security code for entry. Comcast internet and cable throughout.

It is completely renovated and walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants in Royal Oak and on Woodward.

Guests are invited to use the entire house, however the basement is currently used for storage.

I live less than a mile away. I am available by phone or text if you need anything throughout your stay.

Summary: This was a cute little townhouse that was close to everything. The pictures were very accurate. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well. WIFI worked great and parking was right in front of the unit. We were able to walk to some restaurants and downtown. Disappointed that I was required to submit a copy of my Driver's License to the owner the day before arrival or I couldn't receive the check in code. At that point you are kind of stuck - cancel with penalty or submit DL. That should be noted in the listing. Also very disgusted that when we used the bathmat after a shower, our feet left dirt prints leaving the bathroom. How well is it cleaned?
