Beautiful 4000 square foot home in the guard gated community of Ritz Pointe in Monarch Beach. Community sits around the Monarch Beach Links 18-hole oceanfront golf course. Less than a 10 minute walk to Salt Creek beach and the Monarch Beach Resort right through the golf course - walk has breathtaking views of the beach and around duck filled ponds. Home has large kitchen with Viking appliances and large island. Kitchen opens up to a dining area and large family room with fireplace and flat screen tv. Backyard has large private pool and spa (which can be completely fenced for children). There are 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms located upstairs, each with a flat screen tv and brand new furniture. Also upstairs, there is an office area and separate family room/den with additional seating. Washer and dryer are also located upstairs. Downstairs there is a large dining room with 8 person seating and a beautiful living room. Property is a second home and is only available for rental one or two months a year.
