Big windows and amazing views of the Fair Hill Natural Resource Management Area from every room in the house. Spacious living areas, with chef's kitchen, large dining area and light-filled living room with cathedral ceilings and big windows overlooking the surrounding park land.

New in 2022 - High Speed Internet! You can use the wifi to stream Netflix / Amazon Prime and other streaming services.

Miles of hiking, mountain biking or horse riding trails right out of the back gate.

Trails include ~75 miles of single track, grass fields and woods. Hear the owls in the evening, see foxes & deer from the kitchen window.

In addition to facilities listed, there is also an outdoor shower. Please note that the hot tub is out of service, so it has been removed from the list of amenities, and the price reflects that change.

Summary: Owner communicated well. There were bees in the guest room and we had to take care of ourselves. The lock code was not what was sent but changed it right away. The house is beautiful and the sun room is a great coffee spot. All of the cookware was very helpful to have!
