This is a corner home that sits on the edge of the bay, featuring a heated pool with a bar and sun deck area, large fenced in yard, spacious patio lounge, plentiful street parking. Perfect, unobstructed view from the deck to watch the Friday Night Fireworks. Close to all entertainment, restaurants/bars, waterfront and beach activities and local parks. Just 6 blocks to the beach or 12 minute walk.
The newly renovated first floor has its own private entrance, 2 bedrooms that can sleep 8, a spacious living area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, bar, and dining area. Each room has their own mini splits (air conditioning and heat) that can be individually controlled. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd has two Twin XL's over queen bunkbeds. All rooms have new smart TVs, with the living room having a 65" smart TV.
Outside the first floor, you'll have the large front yard equipped with a new natural gas grill, fully furnished deck, and corn hole. The inground pool and pool patio will be a shared amenity. Also available are 6 beach chairs, umbrella, water boards and floats, along with 2 bikes for you to use. Pets are TBD based on size. Only adults and families, no senior week/large parties. Discount available for multiples weeks.
