Walking into the ground level you have a family room with leather furnishings and a large flatscreen TV. Two bedrooms, both with bunk beds; a full on the bottom and twin on top. A full bathroom complete with tub/shower, and a separate closeted stacked washer/dryer.
The second floor has a 1/2 bath, a living room area also with leather furnishings, gas stone fireplace with large screen TV. A separate wet bar area with sink and wine cooler. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, new pots and pans, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. It has cherrywood cabinetry, a breakfast bar complete with 4 upholstered stools, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has a large natural wood table with eight authentic cowhide chairs.
There are sliding glass doors off the kitchen to a small back deck with a new Weber gas grill and rustic Adirondack chairs. There also is a porch off the main family room to sit and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding hills and mountains of the Holiday Valley Resort.
The third level is the master bedroom with Queen bed, full master bath, and large flatscreen TV. All bedrooms have dressers and large closets for your storage needs.
There is an Arboretum park adjacent to the property for quiet walks and a small catch and release pond for fishing.
