Located on the 11th hole of the Oceanwinds Golf Course you are only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, a short bike ride to the pool and club house or one of the many nature paths around the island. Guest also have access to a private pool in the complex.
The master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a Westin plush queen bed, a newly renovated en suite bathroom and French doors leading to a private deck. The second bedroom also on the first floor offers a full bath with a queen bed. An added benefit is a Pottery Barn pull out day bed for an additional person. The third bedroom is a loft bedroom equipped with a twin daybed/trundle and tv. It is unique from most Sealofts because it has a half bath and the benefit of being enclosed for additional privacy, a great added amenity! There is an additional deck here too!
The gorgeous fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers everything you need for in house dining convenience. Take advantage of the fully stocked pantry items such as gourmet spices, oils, vinegar and an assortment of additional condiments to create delicious meals. Use the Instapot or slow cooker to have a meal waiting for you after a long day at the beach. Grab some local shrimp and grill them up on the New gas grill! Whether you like a quick Kurieg cup of coffee in the morning or a full pot of slow brew both are available.
The living area is roomy, comfortable and has lots of seating with a new Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows! and WIFI for streaming your devices. For the off chance of a rainy day enjoy a full library and a selection of vintage games.
Below the house is an outside gathering area with a new propane grill, 2 bistro tables with 6 chairs and a spectacular private outdoor shower complete with a changing area. In addition, we have anticipated your every need to ensure a perfect day at the beach for you and your family by providing:

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
