Guest Access:
● Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.

● Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles
● Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee of $50 each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.

Getting Around:
Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Other Things to Note:
Dog fee is $100 per dog. Please let us know the breeds and how many dogs you will be traveling with so we can adjust the fees accordingly.

Guests are REQUIRED to register with Arrowhead Lake Community and pay the transaction, gate card, and temporary membership fees. Wander Home will process the registration and all payments will be requested through the booking platform. Fees are as follows:

Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
Gate Card Fee: $20 per card

Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024)

$2.00 daily off-season - April 15, 2024 to May 24, 2024 and After Sept 2, 2024

● Additional $100 FEE for late registrations or last minute bookings made less than 3 days prior to check-in (Community Policy)

NOTE: The Administration/Transaction Fee is non-refundable regardless of a cancelled rental registration. Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees are only refundable if the request to cancel the rental registration with ALCA is received not less than three (3) days prior to arrival. These fees are charged separately as the platform do not have a way to calculate the fees based on the number of guests that are 6 years and older or the number of vehicles.

POOLS - Opening this Memorial Day weekend 2024
Pools will only be open on weekends until mid-June when they will be open daily, staffing/weather permitting.
LAKES - open for boating (and swimming) however, the water is still very cold. Anyone on a kayak, canoe, paddle boat or boat less than 16 ft in length is required to wear a lifejacket.
BEACHES - open however, the ropes in the designated swimming areas will be installed prior to Memorial Day weekend 2024. Swimming is at your own risk.
RENTAL SHACK - open for Memorial Day weekend 2024 and then open on weekends until mid-June when they will be open daily, staffing/weather permitting. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, bicycles and sports equipment can be rented.

Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Arrowhead.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market, Wawa and CVS

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

1. Are we required to pay the community fees even if we are not using the amenities?
Yes. Those are mandatory fees by Arrowhead Lake Community.

2. Can I bring my dog and cat?
If you are bringing a dog, please contact us first as we require all pets to be vetted before accepting your stay. Cats are not allowed, sorry.

3. Where is the listing located?
The house is in the gated community of Arrowhead Lake.

4. How far is the lake and pools?
Beach 3 - 9 min walk
Minisink pool - 10 min drive
Island pool - 6 min drive

5. How can we register with Arrowhead Lake Community?
Registrations will be processed by us. Renters are not allowed to register directly. Payments will be collected and must be completed 3 days before check in.

6. Do you allow more than 10 people?
Unfortunately, Coolbaugh Township is strict with the headcount. We can only allow up to 10 people to stay in the house.
