Luxurious 3-bedroom recreational cottage in the heart of the Niagara Region just minutes away from the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, breathtaking Niagara Falls, and Canada's largest open-air outlet mall. The cottage is fully furnished with a full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave oven, and other small kitchen appliances. It also features durable wood grain-look vinyl flooring and day-night window shades on banks of windows for that open, bright and enjoyable vacation experience. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom while the other two (2) bedrooms have bunk beds and shares a second bathroom. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). The cottage has a spacious and furnished deck with fire pit and barbecue grill making your stay feels like home. A large lot with mature trees and overlooking a peach farm offers more activity space and privacy for your family and friends. Located inside Vine Ridge Resort that offers exclusive amenities including an amazing 1-acre pool which is ideal for both kids and adults. Available from May 1 to October 31 each year and requires a minimum stay of 4 nights. No smoking and pets please. Towels are provided except for beach/pool towels. Coin laundry facilities available within the resort. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. There is a $200.00 cash deposit due upon check in which will be returned at the end of stay if no damage has occurred. There is also a $50.00 cleaning fee due in cash upon check in for reservations of less than a week.
