THE HOME
The owners have chosen a sleek, minimalist design, complemented by warm drop lights and accents. The living area features a smart TV, a fireplace, and comfortable seating for up to 12 guests. A versatile room divider offers added privacy and can be easily opened or closed as needed.
Adjacent to the living area, you'll find an elegant 8-seat dining table and a granite center island that doubles as a breakfast nook. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a long granite countertop and top-of-the-line Bosch appliances.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed with en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with double bunk beds and a half bath. An elegant steel spiral staircase brings you to the upper level, where there is a junior master suite and full master suite, both with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus a large deck with views of Camelback Mountain. The two daybeds in the living room bring the total capacity to 12 guests over 3,125 square feet.

Located in the vibrant heart of Paradise Village, Blue Sky Modern was thoughtfully designed with your peace in mind. Constructed with double-paned glass, it promises a tranquil and serene interior, providing a quiet haven amidst the lively surroundings.
The open-plan living area provides side access to the pool, ideal for entertaining with easy kitchen access. The stove even comes with a smart screen built into the hob that will help you find a recipe and even show you how to cook it!
This outdoor space is perfect for year-round relaxation and fun, and is the ideal setting for dining and celebration. There are plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and cozy chairs around the firepit, plus a six-seat outdoor dining area. A fence surrounds the back yard providing security and privacy.
PLEASE NOTE
The Master bedroom is on the upper level and the only access is up the spiral stairwell.
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating.
A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat.
For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.
We are child friendly! There are safety fences around the pool and the spiral stairwell. We have a highchair, travel pack and play, and safety rubber edges around glass tables.
We are dog friendly too! While we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!
