Walkable to the beach, pier, restaurants, the aquarium, the convention center, the Grand Prix, boutique stores, shopping, 4th street retro row & restaurants, pine street restaurants, coffee shops, bars, live music and more. Cute peaceful on 4th street adjacent from a park, and a couple blocks away from the ocean. You can hear boats on the water from the master bedroom balcony.Top floor penthouse with high ceilings, sunny south facing balcony with a view of the new bridge, safe, secure garage parking & new renovated gym and recreation room. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds and comfortable organic memory foam mattresses, black out curtains, quiet complex. Two large wide velvet couches in the living room that comfortably sleeps another guest. We have an elevator, washer, dryer, heater, AC, fast WiFi, TV with Netflix & more, gym, rec room, fire heated balcony & patio, outdoor gated picnic BBQ grill area, garage parking, next door park, walkable to the beach and walkable to tons of entertainment, shopping & restaurants. A five minute walk to the light rail subway if you want to take the train & transit to Downtown LA, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Beverly Hills & so forth.
