This Chalet is BRAND NEW and was carefully, and professionally designed to entertain and delight our guests. Our home boasts 4 bedrooms(sleeps 8-10) and 4 full bathrooms and is nestled within the gated Big Bass Lake Community.
Enjoy spacious rooms, a gas fireplace, and a modern kitchen. Large windows illuminate an open floor plan. In addition to the huge wrap-around deck on the main level, there's private space outside on the ground level with 3 double porch swings and a floating table. Outdoors also has a fire pit w/Adirondack chairs, Weber Grill, and an EV charger. Our home also features a game room, and smart TVs and is within walking distance of Larsen Lake, with tennis and basketball courts and a canoe. Perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
The primary Bedroom has a washer/dryer, and a large walk-in closet, with an iron, ironing board, baby pack-n-play, high chair, and security gates for the LR. The Loft Bedroom has a dedicated workspace and a large closet as well. Rooms have charging stations on some of the tables.

Daily or weekly passes to enjoy community amenities can be purchased at the administration office (year-round) or the clubhouse (seasonal). Passes grant you access to the following:

BIG BASS LAKE boasts a sandy beach, roped-in swimming area with a lifeguard, picnic area, playground, and bath house. Bring along a fishing pole and head to one of the multiple docks for catch-and-release fun! Reservations for kayak rentals can be made at the administration office.
LARSEN LAKE is a short walk from the house, just .50 miles, and also offers a sandy beach, a roped-in swim area with a lifeguard, a picnic area, a playground, a bathhouse, and tennis and basketball courts. Kayak rentals are NOT offered at this location, but we provide a 3-person canoe with paddles and lifejackets at the lake.
During wintertime, ice skating is permitted on Big Bass Lake in the designated area only when the green flag is displayed.
