In the winter and summertime, pool passes are available at the esteemed Biltmore for fun and recreation. Piestewa Peak offers amazing hiking and sightseeing opportunities. Other popular attractions nearby include Wrigley Mansion, Desert Storm Park, Carnival of Illusion, The Van Buren, and the Phoenix Museum of Art. Golf is popular year-round.

We periodically receive "flood irrigation" water which sometimes is delivered in the early morning or late evening. This results in 6" of water in the front and backyards that starts in the back and works its way around to the front yard. It usually soaks in about 3 hours, after which you can walk in the yard. It is common throughout our neighborhood. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
