Walk into a foyer which opens to a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Our living room has a 48" flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace. There is a screened in dining porch that seats 4-6 and a dining room that seats 6. A large screened in porch off the living room is terrific for enjoying a reading, napping or having your favorite beverage. There is a queen bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a walk in closet, private ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV and a beautiful screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds, a walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom.
A short bike ride down a very quiet, lake and tree lined street puts you on boardwalk #9 at Pelican's Beach or at the Beach Club pool.. The Pelican's Beach access is approximately
1 mile and the Beach Club is approximately 1.5 miles.
Seabrook Island is a beautiful, gated, private community with many amenities accessible with an amenity card that comes with your rental.
