Our newly built, architecturally dreamlike house with approx. 110 m² living space and spacious balconies with seating in a quiet, sunny, yet central location in the picturesque Engadine Scuol. Light-flooded living room, long dining table and the chic kitchen delight with a wonderful view over Scuol to the south and west. The house is only approx. 300 m from the village center and a few steps from the stop of the free local & ski bus. It is furnished with great attention to detail and at the same time of high quality and has 4 1/2-rooms with wonderful pine wood parquet or chic concrete screed, wall coverings and built-in wardrobes. 2 double bedrooms with 180 cm wide double beds + 1 small single room with 90 cm wide bed. In the large bedroom there is also a pull-out sofa. Two chic bathrooms with showers, one of them with an additional toilet and 1 separate toilet complete the picture. With the fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker and oven, cooking is also fun on vacation. Please note the somewhat steeper stairs. The sauna is optionally available at an additional cost.
