1800's Century Home available for short term rental. Conveniently located 20 minutes north of Huntsville in charming downtown Kearney.
This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. With two bedrooms, equipped with one king & one queen bed. The living room provides a double-sized futon. All bedding is provided.
On the upstairs floor you will find a 4 piece bathroom, with hand towels provided. Please be advised that you will have to bring your own towels for showering and the beach.
This home provides a well equipped kitchen-- including all cooking basics, coffee & tea supplies, toaster, coffee maker and slow cooker.
You will have access to the entire home, with ample parking. Washer and dryer available, as well as, a rear deck with a BBQ. There is a fire pit perfect for gathering and making Smores. Fire permits are required, they are inexpensive and can be purchased at the General Store just a few steps away.
Located in the heart of Kearney close to everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Walking distance to the beach, LCBO, general store and several restaurants. There are boat launches close by with access to multiple lakes. Easy access to ATV and Snowmobile trails. Short drive to Algonquin Park for hiking, kayaking or canoeing. Rentals available down the street.
Please note there is NO Wi-Fi available, but there is excellent cell reception.
