Positive: The chalet was clean, modern yet cozy. There was plenty of room for all of us. We were 3 adults and 6 kids between the ages of 5-13 yrs old. It rained all 3 days but we were more than happy staying inside because there was an amazing playroom equiped with board games, fooze ball table, smart TV, nintendo game system and an actual arcade machine.

Negative: We loved everything except the dishwasher didnt work. We called and someone came pretty quick to check it out but they were not able to fix it. One of the requirements when checking out was to wash the dishes, dry them and put them away. So we wasted almost 3 hours hand washing, hand drying and putting the dishes away before the 11am check out.
