Host occupies other half of home. 10-12 minutes to Downtown Rochester, Seabreeze, Park Avenue restaurants and shops, Lake Ontario Beaches, Genesee River Parkway and Zoo. 1 mile from Rochester General Hospital. Diverse wildlife with 50 varieties of birds, deer, fox, rabbits, milkweed with monarch butterflies border patio. Herb and vegetable garden to pick from. Private yoga lessons available on request. Suite includes a private entrance, two bedrooms, Master Jacuzzi bathroom, TV Room/Dining area. TV Room/Dining area is 130 sq. ft. and includes kitchen table and chairs, 10.6 cf refrigerator/freezer, hot plate with cooking pot, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker. TV with Roku and antenna.
