Located on a quiet walled & gated corner lot in the neighborhood of Desert Park Estates, this retreat has every amenity you could want or need. 2,258 SqFt. of living space w/4 bedrooms, (2 of which are primary suites) & 3 bathrooms. The backyard contains a heated saltwater pool/spa & a wall of ficus that ensures complete & total privacy.
The space
Entrances/Exterior:
Our villa is on a large corner lot and is completely gated/walled with 2 entrances to the property. In the front yard, there is a gate to access the front doors and on the side yard, there is a gate to access the driveway/garage. The backyard is completely enclosed and private. The backyard is where you will spend most of your time. There is a small putting green, a beautiful saltwater pool and spa, plenty of space to lounge in the sun or play some cornhole, a built-in grill and sink, plus an outdoor dining table.
Living Spaces:
When you enter the front doors, you will notice a very bright open-concept living space. The living room, sitting area, dining area, and kitchen are all connected. The sitting area when you enter the front doors is the perfect spot to get your first IG worthy photo of your time at ChiChi House Palms Springs. The living room accesses the backyard pool area and has a large comfy sectional sofa, a disco light, games, and a large smart TV.
Kitchen/Dining:
There is a large dining room table and a big island with seating in the kitchen, making the space perfect for smaller or larger groups. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need (if you find something is missing that you think should be there, please let us know) including 2 dishwashers, double oven, microwave (above the ovens in the cabinet), a wine fridge, Moccamaster coffee maker, toaster, blender and refrigerator.
Primary Suite 1:
The first primary suite is situated off the kitchen. It is equipped with a smart TV, Cal King bed, walk-in closet, safe, and bathroom. The bathroom includes a double vanity and large walk-in shower.
Primary Suite 2:
The second primary suite is situated off the pool area with direct access. It is equipped with a smart TV, Cal King bed, walk-in closet, safe and bathroom. The bathroom includes a huge walk-in shower, jetted tub and single vanity.
Bedroom 3 & 4:
The additional two bedrooms are across the hallway from the second primary suite. One has a King bed and smart TV and the other has a Queen bed without a TV. Both bedrooms have a large closet and they share the 3rd bathroom.
Garage:
The garage has an additional refrigerator that often has leftover and unused beverages from previous guests you are welcome to enjoy. The washer and dryer are also in the garage and available for guest use. The pool floaties can be found in the garage along with a pump. We store the four colorful lounge chairs in the garage, and you will find a cornhole set and an umbrella for the outdoor dining table in there as well.
Pool/Spa & Exterior Lights:
There is a pool net skimmer by the grill. The pool and spa are cleaned twice per week, but there will always be leaves that fall into them. The pool can be heated for an additional $75/day fee. If you choose to have the pool heated, it will be programmed to turn on in the early morning and turn off in the early afternoon. The spa can be heated by guests at no additional cost. There is a control panel to turn the spa on/off located on the exterior wall by the pool equipment. The pool/spa lights are programmed to come on around sunset and they turn off automatically before sunrise. The exterior garden lights in the front and back yards are solar powered and come on automatically when it gets dark.
Guest access
You will have access to entire villa. There is an owner's closet and cleaner's closet which you will not have access to.
